Dear customers

The dishes found in this menu have been carefully perfected over many years. All of our recipes are origin of family creations, which have been passed down through many generations.

At Vivi’s, we value quality, therefore, we use only the freshest and finest ingredients and none of our dishes contain MSG. Where possible, we source our food locally and use fresh herbs and vegetables from our garden, such as mint, lemongrass, cucumbers, and green beans.

Vietnamese Noodle Soup

Pho

 

Pronounced “fuh,” this Vietnamese dish finds its uniqueness in the broth. The stock is slowly simmered in fresh beef bones or whole chickens, plus a variety of spices. This delicious, savory stock is served with rice noodles and a side of bean sprouts, sweet basil and lime.

Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup - $10.00

The most popular type of pho, this beef noodle soup is simmered with ginger, star anise, cardamom, and cinnamon. It is served with your choice of medium rare or well done beef flank steaks.

Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup - $10.00

For those who prefer chicken, this soup is prepared using free range organic chickens and is simmered with lemongrass and lime leaves. Served with freshly cooked chicken breast.

Sweet and Sour Tamarind Specialty Soup - $11.00

Vegetable lovers, this specialty soup is for you! This soup is flavored with sweet and sour tamarind fruit seasoning along with a combination of celery, tomato, pineapple, taro root stems and bean sprouts with chicken and shrimp balls. It is garnished with green onions and fresh Vietnamese oregano and served with your choice of steamed jasmine rice or rice noodles
