Pronounced “fuh,” this Vietnamese dish finds its uniqueness in the broth. The stock is slowly simmered in fresh beef bones or whole chickens, plus a variety of spices. This delicious, savory stock is served with rice noodles and a side of bean sprouts, sweet basil and lime.

For those who prefer chicken, this soup is prepared using free range organic chickens and is simmered with lemongrass and lime leaves. Served with freshly cooked chicken breast.

Sweet and Sour Tamarind Specialty Soup - $11.00

Vegetable lovers, this specialty soup is for you! This soup is flavored with sweet and sour tamarind fruit seasoning along with a combination of celery, tomato, pineapple, taro root stems and bean sprouts with chicken and shrimp balls. It is garnished with green onions and fresh Vietnamese oregano and served with your choice of steamed jasmine rice or rice noodles
